Round Hill Asset Management invests primarily in stocks they believe are undervalued based on their assessment of a company's intrinsic value. They also hold bonds for many clients and may occasionally invest in other types of securities. While they may tailor a portfolio to a client's specific request, they generally do not treat clients differently, believing an attractive opportunity should be available to all clients.
Round Hill Asset Management's advisory fees range from 1.50% per year for "equity" accounts to 0.75% per year for certain "balanced" accounts. An alternative fee schedule based on account performance is offered to qualified clients, where they pay a lower flat fee quarterly and an additional annual fee based on their account's performance. Advisory fees are not negotiable.
