United Asset Strategies (UAS) offers investment management services, including supervising investments on a discretionary basis, advising employer-sponsored retirement plans, and assisting retirement plan participants. UAS also provides estate and financial planning services, including budgeting, retirement planning, college savings, and cash-flow analysis. UAS tailors its investment advice to each client's individual needs and objectives.
Fee Structure
UAS offers investment management services for equity, fixed-income, and balanced accounts. The fees are determined by a relationship manager in consultation with the client and are set forth in the investment management agreement. Fees may vary among clients. UAS also manages accounts on the Pontera platform and charges 0.25% per year of the account value, in addition to Pontera's 0.25% fee. For employer-sponsored retirement plans, UAS applies a tiered fee schedule with a maximum fee of up to 1% per year on the plan assets. There may also be a minimum fee applied to a plan or to participant accounts within a plan.
