Fee Structure
Granahan Investment Management's fees are based on a percentage of the assets they manage for you. The specific percentage varies depending on the investment product you choose and the amount you invest. Fees are negotiable and can be lower based on factors like the amount of assets managed, the number of products managed, and the length of the client relationship.
For example, for the "Small Cap Core Growth", “Small Cap Explorer”, “Small Cap Advantage”, and “Small Cap Select” products, the annual fee is 1% on the first $15 million, 0.80% on the next $35 million, 0.60% on the next $50 million, and 0.73% above $100 million.
For the “Small Cap Focused Growth” product, the annual fee is 1% on the first $15 million, 0.90% on the next $35 million, and 0.85% above $50 million.
For the “Small Cap Discoveries” product, the annual fee is 1.25% of the assets.
For the “International Small Cap” product, the annual fee is 1% on the first $50 million, 0.90% on the next $50 million, and 0.80% above $100 million.
