Fee Structure
Sculptor Capital manages investments for institutional clients through various funds and separately managed accounts. Management fees for multi-strategy funds range from 1% to 2% annually, credit strategy funds range from 0.25% to 1.75% annually, and real estate strategy funds range from 0.75% to 1.5% annually. Fees are based on the net asset value of the fund. Sculptor also receives incentive fees, typically 20% of the net capital appreciation. Management fees for CLOs range from 0.25% to 0.50% annually of assets under management, plus incentive fees. Fees and terms are negotiable and may vary among investors.
