Fee Structure
Jennison Associates primarily provides investment management services to individual investors through wrap fee programs. The fees for these programs are bundled and paid to the program sponsor, who then pays Jennison. Jennison negotiates its fees with the program sponsors.
For dual contract clients, Jennison charges fees based on the following schedules:
- Large Cap Growth Equity:
- 0.75% on the first $10 million
- 0.50% on the next $30 million
- 0.35% on the next $25 million
- 0.25% on the next $335 million
- 0.22% on the balance
- Large Cap Value Equity:
- 0.60% on the first $25 million
- 0.50% on the next $25 million
- 0.40% on the next $50 million
- 0.30% on the balance
- Large Cap Blend Equity:
- 0.60% on the first $50 million
- 0.50% on the next $200 million
- 0.45% on the balance
- Global Equity Opportunities:
- 0.75% on the first $25 million
- 0.60% on the next $75 million
- 0.50% on the balance
