Ironwood Investment Management provides investment advisory services focused on domestic stocks through various investment strategies. They use fundamental, bottom-up research on individual companies. Clients can choose to invest in one or more of these strategies. Ironwood also manages wrap fee programs, aiming to replicate their Small Cap Core Strategy. Ironwood makes decisions about which securities to buy and sell, when to do so, and in what amounts, all in accordance with agreed upon objectives, goals and allocations described in each client’s investment advisory agreements.
Ironwood Investment Management's fees are determined on a case-by-case basis, considering factors like investment objectives and account size. Fees are generally billed quarterly, and clients can choose to be billed in advance or arrears. Fees are exclusive of brokerage commissions and other related costs.
