Fee Structure
SKBA Capital Management charges a percentage of your portfolio's value each year for investment management. The specific percentage depends on the type of account (equity or fixed income) and the amount invested. Fees are negotiable but generally will not exceed 1% per year.
For equity accounts:
- 1.00% on the first $2 million
- 0.85% on the next $3 million
- 0.50% on the next $20 million
For accounts over $25 million, the fee decreases further.
For fixed income accounts:
- 0.30% on the first $3 million
- 0.25% on the next $12 million
- 0.20% on the next $10 million
For accounts over $25 million, the fee decreases further.
