Logan Capital Management provides investment management services on a discretionary or non-discretionary basis. Logan Capital assesses client needs to determine investment objectives, allowing for restrictions on certain securities or industries. Logan Capital offers services through wrap programs and may provide non-discretionary asset allocation and consulting services. Logan Capital also utilizes outsourced services from TownSquare Capital, LLC for trading, client billing, investment due diligence and selection, tax-related services, client reporting, and custom indexing of select client accounts.
Fee Structure
Logan Capital charges a percentage of your portfolio's value annually for investment management. The specific percentage depends on the type of account (Growth, Value, Core, Balanced, Dividend Performers, or Fixed Income) and the total amount invested. Fees are billed quarterly in advance. Fees may be negotiable or modified based on the services provided, the amount of assets, or other circumstances.
For accounts under $10 million, the fee is 1.75% per year. For accounts over $10 million, the fee is tiered and negotiable.
