Fee Structure
Merit Energy Company manages investment funds and receives compensation in the form of management fees based on a percentage of the fund's assets, carried interest allocations, and other fees or expenses. The management fee is generally 0.3125% of the greater of the fund's invested capital or the net book value of its assets up to the amount of capital committed to the fund, plus 0.25% of the net book value in excess of that amount.
