Ironwood Capital Management provides investment advisory services to private investment funds and investment companies. Ironwood invests and manages the portfolios of these clients, which are invested in underlying private investment funds managed by independent investment managers that utilize hedge fund strategies. Ironwood does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of investors and does not accept investor-imposed investment restrictions.
Fee Structure
Ironwood manages investments for pooled investment vehicles, not individual investors. Ironwood is compensated by an asset-based management fee. For one fund, the fee is 1.45% per year. For another, it's 1.20% per year plus an account servicing fee of 0.75% per year. For another, it's 1.20% per year, payable quarterly in advance. These fees are deducted from the client's account.
