Osterweis Capital Management reserves the right to charge fees of up to 2.00% on accounts that do not meet the minimum account size generally required. They also reserve the right to negotiate fee breakpoints, rates and terms different from those set forth above for very large accounts or under any other circumstances they determine warrant a non-standard fee.
