Institutional Investors Advisory Company (IIAC) provides investment advisory services on a discretionary basis to two privately-offered funds, the IIIF–William Fund and the IIIF–Mary Fund. These funds are open only to certain types of investors. IIAC determines which securities the Funds buy and sell. IIAC also provides the Fund with administrative and operational services, including investor communications, capital account calculations, processing of investors’ capital contributions and withdrawals, accounting services, net asset value calculation, unaudited financial statement preparation and potentially tax reporting, and other services.
IIAC manages investments for two funds and charges a management fee of 0.89% per year of the fund's daily average total assets. There is also an administrative fee of 0.2% per year of the fund's daily average total assets, subject to a minimum annual fee of $200,000, apportioned between the two Funds according to their respective net asset values.
