Peregrine Capital Management charges an annual fee based on the amount of assets managed. The fee varies depending on the investment strategy and the amount invested.
- Small Cap Growth Strategy: 0.90% on the first $50 million, 0.75% on the next $50 million, and 0.55% on the balance.
- SMID Growth Strategy: 0.90% on the balance.
- Small Cap Value Strategy: 0.80% on the first $100 million, 0.75% on the next $50 million, and 0.65% on the balance (discounts available for eleemosynary clients).
- SMID Cap Value Strategy: 0.75% on the first $100 million, 0.70% on the next $50 million, and 0.60% on the balance (discounts available for eleemosynary clients).
- Select Mid Cap Growth Strategy: 0.70% on the first $25 million, 0.65% on the next $125 million, and 0.50% on the balance.
- Large Cap Growth Strategy: 0.60% on the first $25 million, 0.50% on the next $125 million, and 0.35% on the balance.
- Deglobalization New Paradigm Strategy®: 0.75% on the first $50 million, 0.70% on the next $50 million, and 0.65% on the balance.
Fees are generally billed quarterly, based on the value of your portfolio at the end of the calendar quarter. Fees may be negotiable under special circumstances.
