Fee Structure
M.D. Sass charges a management fee based on the value of the assets they manage. The fee for accounts using the concentrated value equity strategy is 0.90% annually on the first $10 million, 0.80% on the next $50 million, and 0.75% thereafter. For accounts using the fixed income strategy, the fee is 0.40% on the first $25 million, 0.35% on the next $25 million, 0.25% on the next $50 million, and negotiable thereafter. Fees for balanced accounts are negotiable. M.D. Sass may negotiate fees lower than the standard schedule. Clients also pay brokerage and transaction costs.
