Strategic Investment Management services (SIMs), a division of Eagle Asset Management, provides fixed income investment advisory and management services to institutional clients. SIMs aims to help clients maximize investment returns within their institutional investment goals. Managing Advisors work with clients to understand their balance sheets and develop investment strategies that accommodate capital, liquidity, growth, and income targets.
Fee Structure
SIMs charges an annual asset-based fee, calculated as a percentage of assets under management on a quarterly basis. The fee is based on the client's most recent quarterly FDIC Call Report filing. Fees are billed monthly in arrears at 1/12 of the annual rate. SIMs fees typically range from 0.08% to 0.15%, but may vary based on factors like portfolio size. Clients incur additional expenses outside of SIMs' fees.
