Fee Structure
CIInc's investment advisory services are available through bundled "wrap fee" programs sponsored by unaffiliated broker-dealers or other financial institutions. The fee paid by the client to the sponsor, which may include the fee for advisory services provided by CIInc, is generally based on a percentage of assets. Clients should contact their program sponsor for more information on fees in connection with such programs. Fees charged to sponsors generally fall within the following ranges:
- U.S. Equity: 0.28% - 0.32%
- International Equity/ Global Equity: 0.32% - 0.38%
- Intermediate/ Core Bond: 0.22%
- Core Plus Bond: 0.26%
- Municipal Bond: 0.12%
- Municipal Income Bond: 0.22%
In addition to the above rates, fees for certain overlay, administrative, platform, or other maintenance fees charged by select sponsor firms may apply, and they generally range from 0.02% to 0.05% as applicable.
