Fee Structure
Schultze Asset Management (SAM) charges investment management fees based on a percentage of the assets they manage and performance-based fees for separately managed accounts (SMAs). The maximum annual fee for investment management is 2% of the account's assets. SAM may negotiate this fee. SAM also receives a performance fee of up to 20% based on the net increase of the account’s value.
