Capital Gains charges an annual fee based on a percentage of your portfolio. The fee ranges from 0.14% to 1%. The exact fee is negotiable. Fees are calculated and billed monthly or quarterly. If you withdraw your account before the end of a month or quarter, the fee will be prorated.
