P&A Capital Advisors manages three hedge fund-of-funds and separately managed accounts by investing in a diversified portfolio of alternative investment vehicles managed by professional investment managers. P&A monitors the performance of each underlying fund and may adjust asset allocations. P&A also advises separately managed accounts for high net worth individuals on a non-discretionary basis.
Fee Structure
P&A Capital Advisors manages hedge fund-of-funds. As the general partner, P&A receives management fees and, for some funds, a portion of the net profits. The management fees are calculated monthly and paid quarterly based on the net asset value of each investor's capital account. The underlying fund managers also charge fees, generally a 1.5% - 2.0% annual management fee and a 15% to 20% incentive fee or allocation. Fees for separately managed accounts may be asset-based or a flat fee negotiated with the client.
