Fee Structure
Merk Investments manages investments for pooled investment vehicles, such as exchange traded products and closed-end funds. The fees for these services are detailed in the relevant prospectus. For the exchange traded product, Merk Investments receives a Sponsor's Fee of 0.25% of the net asset value. For the closed-end fund, Merk Investments receives Adviser Fees at an annual rate of 0.70% of the annual average daily net assets. These fees are not negotiable.
