Fee Structure
Longship provides consulting services to help clients select third-party investment managers. Longship's fees range from 0.10% to 0.20% annually of the assets they advise on, charged quarterly. There is a $25,000 minimum annual fee, which Longship may waive. An additional fee of 0.10% to 0.20% annually may be assessed on alternative investments. For mutual fund portfolios, the fees generally range from 0.10% to 0.20% annually of the total assets under advisement charged quarterly. An additional 0.05% to 0.10% is charged on the value of additional investments made during the calendar quarter. These fees are in addition to any fees charged by the third-party asset managers themselves.
