Fee Structure
Cabot Properties provides real estate investment advisory and management services to its clients. The fees and compensation that Cabot and its affiliates receive are detailed in each client's offering and governing documents. These fees can include acquisition fees, development fees, management fees, asset management fees, property management fees, construction management fees, disposition fees, performance-based fees, fixed fees related to acquisition, and other fees for certain private separate account clients. Annual management fees generally do not exceed 1.5 percent. Carried interest allocations generally do not exceed 20 percent of profits and are generally subject to certain preferred return hurdles of 8-12 percent.
