Fees are based on a percentage of investment management fees, hourly charges, and fixed fees. The IAR’s fee is separate and in addition to the management fees charged by the TPMM for their service. TPMM fees will be provided to the client in the TPMM’s Form ADV Part 2A and its separate advisory contract. The client will not pay more than 2% per year for the combined IAR fee and TPMM fee. The Adviser can negotiate its fee to a minimum 0.50% per year but cannot negotiate or waive any portion of the TPMM fee.
