Hamlin Capital Management provides investment advice on equity and debt securities through separately managed accounts and funds. Hamlin identifies client-specific investment objectives and restrictions, and mutually agreed-upon asset allocation. Hamlin emphasizes current income, with high-yield equities and high-yield municipal and taxable bonds constituting a majority of a client’s portfolio. Hamlin also serves as a portfolio manager and sub-advisor for clients introduced by unaffiliated third-party advisors and participates in wrap fee programs.

Advisory fees are negotiable depending on the size and nature of the portfolio and whether the account is managed through a wrap fee program. Hamlin, in its sole discretion, charges lower management fees and waives a portion of management fees on certain holdings, large cash positions for new accounts, and certain product types, such as the Mutual Fund. Model Sub-Advisory clients generally pay a reduced management fee.
