Fee Structure
Evanston Capital Management (EC) manages private funds and a registered fund. The private funds charge an asset-based management fee ranging from 0.25% to 1.95% per year, paid quarterly. The closed-end commingled fund charges up to 0.50% per year, paid quarterly in advance, of the aggregate capital commitments. These fees are for fund management, not individual accounts.
