Research Affiliates designs investment strategies and products, including smart beta and asset allocation models. They partner with financial institutions through sub-advisory and licensing agreements. Research Affiliates provides these models to third parties for implementation in separately managed accounts and distribution to financial advisors. They do not directly manage investments for individual investors.
