The percentage of assets under management fee schedule was reduced to a maximum rate of 0.80% starting in 2019. Fees are negotiable for assets over $1,000,000. The firm may charge performance based fees for certain "qualified clients," that have at least $1,100,000 under management or that have certified to the firm that they have a net worth of at least $2,200,000. The performance based fee is 20% of the profits above a threshold level.
