Whitebox Advisors manages private investment funds and separately managed accounts. Whitebox receives a management fee and performance-based compensation for advisory services. Whitebox can offer co-investment opportunities to its affiliates and/or third parties. Whitebox's investment strategies are designed to capture alpha from systematic inefficiencies and idiosyncratic opportunities across asset classes and market cycles.
Fee Structure
Whitebox Advisors manages investments for private funds and separately managed accounts. Fees are negotiated on an individual basis for separately managed accounts and generally include both a management fee and incentive compensation. For private funds, Whitebox generally receives a periodic management fee based on assets under management and is typically entitled to receive incentive compensation based on a percentage of net realized and unrealized profit of the portfolio.
