Fees are negotiable for accounts over $10,000,000. Fixed income portfolios have a different fee schedule: First $10,000,000: 0.25%, Next $30,000,000: 0.20%, Over $40,000,000: Negotiable. For alternative investments such as hedge funds, venture capital funds, private equity funds and other pooled investment vehicles, the maximum negotiable fee is 2.00% of the initial investment amount. The fee for the recommendation and monitoring of investments in real estate limited liability companies and pooled investment vehicles will be assessed at an annual rate of up to 1.00% of the initial investment amount.
