FHT, LLC provides investment services to Affinity Investment Partners, L.P., an investment limited partnership. FHT invests mainly in equity securities on behalf of the limited partnership, managing a portfolio of long and short positions. For investors who do not meet the minimum requirements to pay an incentive allocation, FHT will charge an asset-based fee of 3%, with no incentive allocation. Investors with initial contribution dates before January 1, 2006, pay an asset-based fee of 1.0% per year. For investors with initial contribution dates later than January 1, 2006, the asset-based fee is 1.5% per year. FHT may, at its sole discretion, agree to a different asset-based fee for any investor.
