Clover Partners is an investment firm that manages investments for funds and separately managed accounts. Clover Partners invests in financial service companies, focusing on small and mid-cap banks, thrift conversions, and community banks. Clover Partners aims to invest in undervalued securities and hold them until they reach their fair value. Clover Partners does not participate in wrap fee programs.
Fee Structure
Clover Partners charges MHC Fund an annual asset-based fee of 1.0% of each investor’s capital account balance, deducted monthly. Separately managed account clients pay a quarterly or monthly fee based on the assets they have invested, which is negotiated with each client. Clover Partners also receives 20% of each investor’s share of MHC Fund’s net profits annually, subject to a loss carryforward requirement.
