Fee Structure
S Squared Technology manages investments through a private fund. The firm charges an annual management fee of 1.5% of the fund's net asset value, paid quarterly in advance. An affiliated company, S Squared Capital, LLC, receives a performance fee of 20% of the net profits during the fiscal year, but only if prior cumulative net losses have been recouped. Investors in the fund may terminate their accounts with 90 days' notice, but withdrawals within one year of contribution are subject to a 3% withdrawal fee.
