Fee Structure
Manulife IM (NA) clients are generally large institutional investors. Advisory fees are a percentage of assets under management. The client receives a separate invoice for the advisory fees, and the advisory fees are not charged directly to the portfolios. Fees are calculated and payable either monthly or quarterly in arrears based on the net asset value of units in the clients account for each calendar day or on an average over the month or quarter.
