Algert Global manages private investment funds using systematic, model-based quantitative investment strategies. The goal is to build portfolios of publicly traded investments that generate returns exceeding those of similar-risk investments. Algert also provides discretionary and non-discretionary investment advisory services to separately managed investment accounts. Investments are made available to qualified investors, but Algert does not tailor services to individual needs or accept investor-imposed restrictions.
Fee Structure
Algert Global manages investments for private funds, charging a monthly management fee based on the fund's net asset value. This fee ranges from 0.0% to 0.125% per month, which translates to 0.0% to 1.5% annually. In addition to the management fee, Algert may also receive a performance-based fee, ranging from 0% to 20% of profits, if the fund's profit exceeds any prior un-recouped losses. The Algert International Small Cap Fund, L.P. is not subject to any performance-based compensation. Fees may be negotiable in certain circumstances.
