Fee Structure
Grant, Koehler & Levin's investment management fee is based on a percentage of your portfolio. The base rate is 1.20% for equity portfolios and 0.50% for fixed income portfolios. Fees may be negotiable based on account size or other considerations. Some clients may have performance-based fees. The fee is calculated quarterly, either in advance or after the quarter, and can be deducted directly from your account with your consent. You can terminate the agreement with written notice, and any unearned fees will be refunded.
