Werlinich Asset Management (WAM) manages investment portfolios for individuals, trusts, and charitable foundations. WAM creates personalized investment policies and manages portfolios based on client goals. WAM may also consult with clients on financial areas including income and estate tax planning, college financial planning, retirement planning, and insurance analysis.
Fee Structure
Werlinich Asset Management (WAM) charges either hourly fees, a percentage of the assets they manage, or a fixed monthly fee.
For smaller accounts, WAM charges a fixed monthly fee:
- Up to $50,000: $50/month
- $50,001 to $100,000: $100/month
- $100,001 to $150,000: $150/month
- $150,001 to $200,000: $200/month
- $200,001 to $250,000: $250/month
For larger accounts, WAM charges a percentage of the account value:
- $250,001 to $1,000,000: 1.125% per year, with a $250 minimum monthly fee
- $1,000,001 to $5,000,000: 1.00% per year, with a $950 minimum monthly fee
The fee schedule for balances over $5,000,000 is available upon request.
WAM generally requires a minimum account size of $1,000,000, but this may be negotiable.
