Clients enter into agreements directly with those third-party advisors for asset management services. Cozzene Advisors specializes in selecting outside money managers who use tactical portfolio allocation.
Fee Structure
Cozzene Advisors refers clients to third-party investment advisors. Cozzene Advisors receives a portion of the fee charged by the third-party investment advisor, not to exceed 1.00% of the assets managed by the third party. For clients introduced to Vision Financial Markets, LLC, Cozzene Advisors receives 50% of the total advisory fee. For clients introduced to Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Cozzene Advisors receives 0.25% annually of the assets managed. The fee charged by Cozzene Advisors is not negotiable.
