Ibex Investors provides investment management services primarily to privately offered investment funds and, to a limited extent, separately managed accounts and sub-advisory relationships. Ibex provides investment advice on a discretionary basis and does not tailor investment advice to the individual needs of any investor. Ibex's primary investment strategies include Israel Flagship Growth VC and Public Equity, Israel Early-Stage VC, Israel Secondary, Israel Public-Only Equity, Mobility Early Stage VC, Select Co-Investments, and Microcaps. These strategies may be executed through hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, or other private investment funds.
Ibex Investors charges investment management fees based on the value of the assets they manage and/or a performance-based incentive allocation or carried interest. The management fee ranges from 0.0% to 2.0% per year, depending on the specific investment fund. The performance fee ranges from 0.0% to 50.0% of the net increase in the value of an investor's capital account, subject to a high-water mark. Some funds also have a performance hurdle. Certain funds in the Select Co-Investment strategy that do not charge fees or charge reduced fees, also charge investors a withdrawal fee which is applicable if the investor withdrawals from one of the other fee-paying Ibex Funds.
