Fee Structure
Cardiff Park charges an annual retainer fee for ongoing financial planning and portfolio oversight. Most new client engagements fall within a range of $8,000 to $14,000 per year, billed quarterly. For larger or more complex situations, retainers may exceed this range.
Cardiff Park charges a one-time onboarding fee ranging from $1,800 to $3,600 to cover the initial setup of the relationship. Some services, such as bond ladder construction, restricted stock liquidation planning, estate settlement administration, and financial restructuring, are billed separately. Where appropriate, Cardiff Park offers a fixed quote in advance. In cases where hourly billing is warranted, Cardiff Park applies a standard rate of $450 per hour.
