Fee Structure
Elgethun Capital Management's investment management fee is a percentage of the account's market value, ranging from 0.5% to 1.00% annually. The fee is negotiable based on the account size and the work involved. The minimum annual fee is $15,000, charged quarterly in advance. Clients can terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice, and fees will be prorated.
