Veros Capital Management seeks to provide investment account management based on a client’s investment objective. Veros uses actively-managed, quantitative investment strategies and proprietary automated technology to select and optimize portfolio securities. Veros offers several strategies including MaxFolios, VeroFolios, SelectFolios, and HedgeFolios.
Fee Structure
Veros Capital Management charges a percentage of your portfolio each year, depending on the investment strategy and the amount you invest. Fees are billed monthly.
MaxFolios (minimum $500,000):
- Investment performance <3% above benchmark: 0.50%
- Investment performance 3% - 6% above benchmark: 1.00%
- Investment performance 6% - 10% above benchmark: 1.50%
- Investment performance > 10% above benchmark: 2.00%
VeroFolios (minimum $100,000): 1.00% on the first $5 million, 0.75% on the next $5 million to $10 million, 0.50% on the next $10 million to $25 million, and negotiable for over $25 million.
SelectFolios (minimum $100,000): 1.00% on the first $5 million, 0.75% on the next $5 million to $10 million, 0.50% on the next $10 million to $25 million, and negotiable for over $25 million.
CustomFolios (minimum $1,000,000): 1.00% on the first $5 million, 0.75% on the next $5 million to $10 million, 0.50% on the next $10 million to $25 million, and negotiable for over $25 million.
HedgeFolios (minimum $1,000,000): 1.00% plus 20% performance fee on the first $5 million, 0.75% plus 20% performance fee on the next $5 million to $10 million, 0.50% plus 20% performance fee on the next $10 million to $25 million, and negotiable plus 20% performance fee for over $25 million.
