Fee Structure
Palm Investment Strategies offers several investment programs, each with a different focus and minimum investment:
- CrossPlan Sector Momentum: Actively managed portfolio of sector ETFs or sector mutual funds. $25,000 minimum. 2.00% annual fee.
- CrossPlan Relative Strength (RS) Allocation: Actively managed asset allocation based on RS. $100,000 minimum. 2.00% annual fee.
- CrossPlan Customized Fixed Income Accounts: Fixed income investments. $500,000 minimum. 1.50% annual fee.
- CrossPlan Dividend & Growth: Separately managed account of individual, dividend paying stocks. $500,000 minimum. 2.50% annual fee.
- CrossPlan All-Cap Value - Concentrated: Concentrated, value strategy. $100,000 minimum. 2.50% annual fee.
- CrossPlan Customized Portfolios: Individually managed and invested. $100,000 minimum. 2.20% annual fee.
