RMS offers services through pooled timberland funds and direct accounts. RMS handles all aspects of timberland investment, including sourcing deals, managing assets, selling timber and land, and providing client reporting. RMS does not tailor advisory services to the individual needs of investors in the Funds.
Fee Structure
RMS charges investment management fees based on invested capital or the fair market value of investments. The fees vary depending on the client's investment management agreement. RMS also charges property management fees based on acres managed, invested capital, or a contractor structure. RMS may also charge performance-based fees.
