They focus on growth equities, selecting stocks from the Russell 3000 Growth Universe with market capitalizations greater than $350 million. Their investment process involves a three-step approach using technical, quantitative, and fundamental analysis. They do not incorporate market timing or asset allocation practices into their investment management services.
Fee Structure
Texas Institutional charges a percentage of the market value of your account. There are different fee schedules for Growth Equity Strategies and Tactical Strategies:
Growth Equity Strategies:
- First $25 million: 1.00%
- Next $25 to $50 million: 0.90%
- Next $50 to $100 million: 0.80%
- All amounts over $100 million: 0.75%
Tactical Strategies:
- Up to $1 million: 0.75%
- $1 million to $5 million: 0.70%
- $5 million to $20 million: 0.65%
- Over $20 million: 0.60%
There is a $2,000 minimum annual fee. All advisor fees are negotiable upon request.
