Praesideo Management manages pooled investment vehicles, such as hedge funds and private equity funds, for institutions and high-net-worth individuals. Praesideo does not offer wrap fee programs or non-discretionary investment services. The firm aims to maximize investor returns while limiting risks through alternative investments.
Praesideo manages investment funds and charges underlying investors advisory fees, also known as management fees. These fees are a percentage of the fund's net asset value. Praesideo also charges operating expenses to cover the fund's direct costs, such as legal, accounting, and auditing fees.
Currently, Praesideo-managed funds charge annual management fees of 0.25% to 0.50% to cover audits, accounting, and direct fund management expenses. Direct operational expenses typically do not exceed 0.25% of invested assets. One fund only charges for the direct operational expenses of managing the fund.
