Fee Structure
Paradigm Capital Corporation manages investments for private investment funds.
For investors admitted to the Apogee Fund after June 30, 2005, the management fee is 1.5% per year of the net assets in their account, paid quarterly. For investors admitted on or before June 30, 2005, the management fee is 1.0% per year of the net assets in their account, paid quarterly.
Paradigm also receives incentive allocations equal to 20% of each investor’s share of net profits for the performance period. For investors admitted before June 1, 2002, this allocation is only for profits exceeding a 3% annual return.
