These fees apply to the MTA Index, MTA World Index and MTA Sector investment strategies. Fees for the MTA Turbo Trading, MTA All-Equity and MTA Equity-Income investment strategies are up to 2.5% per annum of assets. Fees for the MTA Income investment strategy are 1% per annum of assets. For amounts above $1 million, the management fee is 0.75%. Fees for the MTA Personalized Portfolio are up to 3% of assets under management. All fees are negotiable.
