NorCap Investment Management provides investment advice to private investment funds, also called limited partnerships. These funds are offered to accredited investors and qualified clients. NorCap's professionals use their expertise and third-party advice to try to meet the investment goals of these funds. NorCap does not offer wrap fee programs.
NorCap Investment Management charges a management fee to the investment funds they advise. This fee is a percentage of each investor's capital account balance, generally between 0.9% and 1.5% annually. The fees are calculated and paid monthly or quarterly. The firm may also receive a performance-based allocation, typically 20% of the increase in an investor's account above a certain benchmark.
