Fee Structure
Golden Gate Advisors' fees for investment supervisory services for individual and IRA accounts are charged on a mutually agreed retainer basis. Otherwise, the standard fee schedule is as follows:
- IRA and individual accounts greater than $500,000: 2% annually
- IRA and individual accounts with $200,000 or more: 1% annually
The fee is payable quarterly based on a percentage of the market value of the assets under management on the last day of the previous quarter. A minimum fee is charged on IRA and individual accounts.
