Fee Structure
Glouston Capital Partners' (GCP) management fees are calculated as a percentage of the aggregate capital commitments of your account. After a certain period, this calculation transitions to a percentage of the account's net asset value. Management fees generally decrease after the fourth or fifth year after the final closing date for subscriptions. GCP also generally receives a carried interest based on a percentage of the net profits of an account.
